First you need to familiarize yourself with your safe model number and Serial Number. Please read first, Where do I find the model number and the serial number on my safe?

Models that begin with CS, ACS, DS, G

Master code and the user codes are programmable by the safe owner. You must open the safe with the override key and reprogram your combination.

Models that begin with ES

In order for ExecutiveSafe Company Limited, to release a combination for any safe.

The following documents are required:

  1. Fill out in its entirety the Key/Combination Request Form. Please Print and sign it.
  2. A Picture ID such as passport, Driver’s License, National ID
  3. A Utility Bill verifying the address of the owner

Note: Above three documents  should be notarized by a notary public. The notary Public should not have the same last name as the safe owner.

Email all three notarized documents to: customercare@executivesafes.com along with the payment receipt.

A Non Refundable Fee for:

  1. A Set of 2 Keys USD $25
  2. A Combination USD $20

Please allow up to 72 hours to process your order!

For Models that Begin with CB and KB you need to provide the number engraved on the Key lock cylinder.

All other models you need to provide model number serial number and the number engraved on the key lock cylinder if applicable.

The serial number on your safe may be found in a number of places.

Check the outside of your safe in
the following locations:

1. Right hand, side panel of the safe. This applies to all safes.

2. Under edge of the front Electronic lock panel.  This applies to Models that begin with ES.
